The Primetime Emmy Awards nominations were announced early this morning and unfortunately, “Community” was shut out of the nominations! Not one nomination for the show or any of the cast members. TV Line has a write up about the biggest snubs from this awards season and included Alison and the show!

We had hoped Brie might break through with a nod, seeing how she shines on a buzzed-about show, and also appeared on Emmy fave Mad Men. But apparently, Community is a little too cool for the room of Emmy voters, and Brie’s name recognition with the Academy wasn’t what we’d hoped.
